Our products can be returned within 365 days of the original purchase of the product.

Refunds requested for Amazon sales or any distributor/third party sellers must be dealt with via the respective channel or distributor.
With the exception of orders that have been delivered damaged in transit, generally all distributor sales are final, but will be taken on a case by case basis. If an exception is made the maximum amount of time for any refunds to be granted will be 30 days. For any damaged inventory, The Last Coat, LLC will send out replacement items free of charge. Any damage claims can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to include your order number and photos of the damage.
The 365 day refund term is only for purchases made from our online store at https://special.thelastcoat.com.
